My name is Bee .I am 12 years old .I have 2 ’sisters’ (I`m adopted ) I`m a girl ,who plays sports more than gossiping or flirting ,I`m better at soccer ,baseball ,hockey ,basketball than most of the boys in my class .My hair is up to my hips ,Its usually down .I have red ,purple ,blue and green highlights in my hair .I can parquore (jump from building to building). What a weird party! You and your friends have a good time kissing and eating lots of sushi. You decide not to eat too much or else you won’t be able to go swimming in Lindsay Lohan’s huge, fish-shaped pool. You’re about to kiss into the pool to do some laps when you notice that it’s filled with vomit instead of water! Finally, it’s time to go home. Open Question: college dorm, workouts, exercise plans?
Hello, I’m a college student living in the dorms (meaning dorm meal plan). I’ve seen a lot of those work out things on the tv. things likeP90X body by jake (programs), 10 min workout etc. I can’t afford a gym membership..and besides that most of the school year it’s -20 degrees F. kinda makes walking a pain. So my question is do you know any good workouts I could do in my dorm room (decently small) or a lounge. body by Jake tower 200 looks like a good fit if it’d fit the doors.. lower impact on my knees would be nice until their strengthen. or at least until I see a specialist (current physician said I should see one) additionally I’m kinda overweight, my knees are messed up a bit from highschool backyard sports. any suggestions? I’m trying to eat better, as much as I know at least from books.
